- Technical Acumen: Ability to work with technical stakeholders to understand requirements, scope, and value drivers within data and technology initiatives.
- Strategic Vision: Proven capability to move from tactical purchasing to long-term Category Strategy and supplier optimization.
- Negotiation & Sourcing: Data-driven negotiation approach focused on cost optimization, value creation, and risk management.
