JD Logistics is seeking a high-impact operations lead to take end-to-end ownership of a new regional Sorting Center in the Madrid area. You will oversee inbound linehaul reception, high-speed automated sorting, cross-docking, and outbound station injection, aligning with local labor agreements.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on automation experience, fluent English and Spanish, and the flexibility to manage night and weekend shifts to sustain a rapid 24/7 launch.
