Sorting Center Manager-Barcelona

Job Description

1. Oversee all operations of Barcelona Sorting Center including inbound, sorting, consolidation, distribution, exceptions handling, outbound processes etc. while ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order completion on time rate , Long tail and Parcel lost, TPH and cost etc. meet or exceed expected targets, while maintaining a safe and efficient production environment.

2. Lead and manage the operations team to optimize resource allocation (staff, systems, materials) to balance efficiency and cost, minimizing waste while supporting business growth.
