DESCRIPTION
The Sorting Center Capacity Manager is an individual contributor responsible for developing and executing comprehensive capacity planning strategies to ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation of an Amazon Sorting Center facility. Reporting to the Site Leaders, this senior-level role requires expertise in labor forecasting, productivity optimization, and data-driven decision-making to align the sorting center’s workforce and resources with both current and future demand.
The Capacity Planner will work closely with the Sorting Center management team, as well as the Long-Term Planning (LTP), Middle Mile, Fulfillment Centers, and Supply Chain teams, to integrate capacity planning into broader business and operational strategies.
