Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the strict and consistent implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational guidelines within the hub to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Guide, coach, and monitor employees to ensure full understanding and adherence to all operational regulations, safety standards, and workflow procedures.
  • Analyze operational data and daily performance reports to identify root causes of remaining, delayed, or undelivered parcels, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve delivery success rates.
  • Actively engage with employees to understand their concerns, operational challenges, and development needs, helping to maintain positive morale, motivation, and team collaboration.
