SOQ Specialist/Deputy RP

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance to BoH Regulations
• Coordinate product quality and compliance activities at PCOs, ensuring current BoH expectations are met
• Ensure robust procedures to manage any actual or potential falsified medicinal product in the supply chain
• Support the Responsible Person activities for all Pfizer product quality compliance issues in the market
• Ensure drug shortage reporting as per local regulatory requirements
• Monitor Key Indicator Performance (KPIs), highlight significant trends and identify improvement opportunities
• Implement all applicable GSOPs in a timely manner
• Ensure relevant PCO colleagues are appropriately trained in Product Quality SOPs
• Assess new quality systems and local regulatory requirements to enhance and align local processes when required
