JOB DESCRIPTION:
- JOB POSITION: CAU Technician.
- SHORT DESCRIPTION: Handling and logging of phone calls, first‑level user support, and escalation of incidents and requests that cannot be resolved
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Official training in computer science.
- Experience Technology related:
- 2 years in TIC
- 1 year in the duties required for this position.
- Skills: Must have proficiency in Windows environments, office productivity tools, and ticketing systems. Excellent user service, organization, and technical capability are required to provide remote user support
- Languages: Spanish.
OTHER VALUABLE ASPECTS:
- Certifications: ITIL v4 Foundation recommended.
