  • SHORT DESCRIPTION: Handling and logging of phone calls, first‑level user support, and escalation of incidents and requests that cannot be resolved.
Requirements
  • Education: Official training in computer science.
  • Experience Technology related:
  • 2 years in TIC
  • 1 year in the duties required for this position.
  • Skills: Must have proficiency in Windows environments, office productivity tools, and ticketing systems. Excellent user service, organization, and technical capability are required to provide remote user support.
  • Languages: Spanish.
Other Valuable Aspects
  • Certifications: ITIL v4 Foundation recommended.
