Role Overview -
The META S&OP Analyst supports the META Planning Manager in driving the S&OP process across a large and diverse geography with varying levels of maturity. The role ensures standardization, governance, visibility, and continuous improvement of the endtoend Demand, Supply, and Financial integration cycle. This position plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision making, strengthening process adoption, and improving meeting effectiveness across the region.

- S&OP Process Governance & Support
- Assist the META Planning Manager in coordinating, and governing the monthly S&OP cycle across multiple countries and clusters.
- Ensure alignment across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Finance, and Commercial teams.
- Support preparation of pre-read materials, dashboards, and S&OP cycle summaries.
