Job Summary
As a Sonographer, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation, producing clear and timely reports for referring clinicians, and ensuring all patient records are completed in line with departmental and professional standards. You will be managing patient interactions with sensitivity and professionalism, providing appropriate explanations throughout examinations, and supporting patients who may require additional reassurance or guidance. You will be responsible for escalating concerns, following referral pathways, and ensuring patient care is delivered in accordance with medical ethics and best practice.
