Duties and Responsibilities



The Sommelier will provide the highest level of customer wine service to all guests in the restaurants.




  • Fully responsible for the smooth operation of the wine & beverage program

  • Establish and maintain a competitive and relevant wine program in line with the culinary directions of the F&B outlet 

  • Persistently maintain an exceptional high level of wine service and correct the unfulfilled elements if necessary 

  • Monitor the stock of wines by introducing a proper wine management system, whilst updating wine lists with correct spelling, vintages & prices 

  • Control on a daily basis the proper storage, aging rotation, and temperature of all stock in beverage storeroom and report any problems and malfunctions

  • Support other outlets where needed in terms of wine training
