Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Madrid for a professional Sommelier. The Sommelier will curate wine pairings to complement the restaurant's menu, oversee wine sales, maintain the wine inventory, and collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Additional responsibilities include staying informed about wine trends, training staff in wine knowledge, and offering personalized recommendations to guests.
