At Osaka Chicago , we are looking for an experienced Sommelier/Floor Manager to lead all wine, sake, and premium beverage operations while actively supervising front-of-house service execution. Ensure excellence in guest experience, beverage profitability, inventory control, staff education, and service standards, in alignment with brand guidelines, corporate structure, and financial objectives.
