Reporting to the Solutions Tech Support Manager, the Solutions Tech Support Engineer oversees technical support for IoT/Cloud applications deploying services to Partners and Customers in Retail (mainly), Healthcare, and (in case) Manufacturing and Transportation & Logistics markets.
The Support covers remote/ on-site installations (pilots, beta-sites, post-sales), troubleshooting, documentation review, internal Lab setup and validation, demos, training courses (e.g. to Field Application Eng), license management, technical requirements’ review.
The Solutions Tech Support Engineer works closely with team members and cross-functional stakeholders, including Product Marketing, Development and QA, to ensure effective support of software solutions. The role requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with both internal colleagues and external technology partners.
