Responsibilities

The Solutions Manager is responsible for driving business development, owning the end-to-end sales cycle, and ensuring the creation and delivery of effective banking solutions for partners.

Business Development & Client Management

  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize potential partners/clients across various market segments.
  • Lead outreach, discovery calls, and initial sales, converting leads from various channels (networking, cold calling, email campaigns, industry events) into active business relationships.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships.
  • Manage existing onboarded clients to cross-sell additional products and identify new services they may require.
