Job Description

The Solutions Sales Manager is responsible for driving new business acquisition and revenue growth for NV5 Mission Critical – Technology across data center, telecom, and other mission-critical environments.

This is a sales-focused, closing role, accountable for originating opportunities, building pipeline, leading commercial engagements, and closing deals. The role does not include responsibility for project delivery or ongoing account farming, which are managed by delivery teams and a separate Customer Success Manager (CSM) function.

While the role is anchored in data center and telecom markets, the Solutions Sales Manager is expected to remain open-minded and opportunistic toward adjacent sectors, provided the opportunity involves mission-critical IT, telecom, or operational infrastructure where availability, resilience, and reliability are core requirements.
