About this role

The Emergency Cash (EC) Solutioning and Operations team is responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing cross-functional solutions - whether technological, procedural, or policy-based - that enable GiveDirectly to respond more efficiently and effectively to crises.

The Solutions Manager will lead the discovery, design, and implementation of solutions that make rapid response possible. You'll translate EC operational needs into implementable solutions, ensuring each product is both technically robust and operationally usable.
