Job Description

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking an experienced Professional Services specialist to support pre- and post-implementation processes and deliver customer-focused configuration strategies. You will be the SME for multiple Solera products, collaborating with configuration and training to capture customer requirements and ensure successful deployments.

You will document test scenarios for QA, train customers when needed, and coordinate with product and sales to align on the roadmap.
