Solutions Engineer

The solutions engineer plays a vital role in bridging the gap between client expectations, product capabilities, and implementation. As a Solution Engineer, you are the Solution Owner for the life of the account

You will combine deep technical expertise with executive-level business acumen to design solutions that win business, ensure those solutions are delivered faithfully, align with our product capabilities and roadmap and drive long-term growth. You act as the Solver who navigates the technical How and the Influencer who guides the client to the strategic Why.

Typical Duties

You are the subject matter expert and provide deep understanding of cloud architecture and system architecture; all Eagle Eye products and capabilities; in addition to keeping up to date on product changes and future roadmap.
