Job Description

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer with around 3 years of working experience to support solution discussions, sales engagements, and customer onboarding across the GDxchange ecosystem.

This role supports solution positioning and delivery coordination, working closely with Sales, Delivery, and Partners to ensure customers adopt the right solutions smoothly. This is not a single-product role, but it does not require deep solution architecture ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Understanding & Requirements Gathering

    Support discussions to understand customer needs, workflows, and high-level technical requirements.

    Help clarify customer goals such as productivity improvement, operational efficiency, and system integration.

    Document requirements and support solution recommendations.
