Solutions Engineer

A reputable financial technology company, is seeking a high-caliber Solutions Engineer to own the functional backbone of its client implementations, sits at the intersection of business analysis and functional engineering, translates what a client needs into what the platform can deliver, and then makes it happen.

The ideal Engineer will own the functional layer of every implementation, drafting Business Solution Documents, configuring the platform, identifying and communicating gaps, coordinating with engineering to resolve them, and setting clear, honest expectations with clients about what the system can and cannot do. This is not a sales or a purely technical role. It is the functional backbone of the company's delivery.
