Job Description

A Solutions Engineer (sometimes called a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer, depending on the company) is a hybrid role that blends technical expertise, product knowledge, and customer-facing skills. The main purpose of the role is to bridge the gap between the product/engineering teams and the customers or sales teams, ensuring that products are successfully adopted, integrated, and provide real business value.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Minimum Educational Qualifications for this position:
Electronics or Computer Engineering graduate.
Relevant Experience:
3-5 years experience.
Pre Sales Engineer.
Business Understanding:
Understanding of customer pain points and business goals.
Ability to align solutions with ROI and value.
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of Smart City Platforms: command center systems, analytics dashboards, IoT, cloud platforms.
