Title: Associate Solution Engineer (Automation)
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Duration: 1 Year (extendable)
Location: Mandaluyong
Work Setup: Remote (Onsite once a month)
This is essentially a hands-on solution architect + senior developer role for Microsoft business apps.
What You'd Actually Be Doing
Solution Design & Build
You're the bridge between business needs and technical implementation:
Gather requirements and turn them into technical designs
Architect and build solutions in Dynamics 365 + Power Platform
Handle integrations with other systems
Guide devs, review designs, fix defects
Work in Agile / DevOps / CI/CD environments
So not just coding — end-to-end ownership.
