Operations Manager / Product Manager
We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee our payment operational needs and enhance our processes. This role acts as a liaison to ensure smooth payment operations at Safepay, aligning with our mission to provide an exceptional payments experience for merchants.
Transitioning into a Product Manager role, you will own and drive a critical product and business problem throughout its lifecycle—identifying, prioritizing, solving, and designing go-to-market strategies. You will define roadmaps, run sprints, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure success. Our PMs are empowered to make decisions and are encouraged to innovate and learn from failures.
This role is based in Karachi, Pakistan, and is integral to developing and implementing our payments strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to optimize payment processes, resolve issues, and track resolution.
