Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient Solutions Engineer1 to bridge technical design and business operations. In this role, you will provide comprehensive pre- and post-sales technical support to clients, consultants, internal production, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Consultant Support: Serve as a primary technical contact to address and resolve technical queries from clients and engineering consultants.

Sales & Proposal Support (Pre- & Post-Sales): Assist the sales team by preparing technical product submissions, tailored proposals, layout plans, specifications, and accurate price estimates/quotations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide technical guidance and design support to the production department to ensure smooth execution and product compliance.
