Job Description

As an Account Solutions Engineer, you will focus on understanding customers’ business drivers, goals and challenges and translate them into a differentiating value-added technical architectural roadmap based upon Cisco’s leading-edge solutions. You will bridge the gap between customer needs and Cisco’s technology solutions by designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions that drive customer success and business outcomes.

**Your Impact**

+ Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them achieve their goals by sharing technical knowledge and guiding them throughout the solution lifecycle
+ Own the solution design and translate customer requirements into technical solutions, often across multiple technology domains.
+ Participate in presales activities including scoping Statements of Work (SOW), reviewing and creating proposals, and positioning Cisco’s value in outcome-based solutions.
