Solutions Designer

Hybrid – Office Location: 301 St. Paul St. St. Catharine’s or 222 Jarvis Ave. Toronto.

Contract

Experience and skills on upgrading applications to Cloud or SaaS environments are especially desired.

Experience implementing solutions at a government or other large organizations.

Able to analyze a large BMC Remedy implementation, identifying customizations, integrations, and other additions to the out of the box solution.

Specific technology skills desired, along with BMC Remedy skills, include working with Cloud environments such as AWS and Azure, managed Kubernetes environments such as AKS and EKS.

Additional experience and skills with OpenSource and Cloud software including but not limited to: Linux (RHEL, CentOS or similar), Harbor, Jenkins and Kubernetes would be useful. A solid understanding of ITSM processes is required and the ability to work alongside government process e...
