Role Overview

The 
Solutions Consulting Manager
will play a critical customer facing role at Nexright, owning end-to-end presales and leading technical delivery for Philippines based projects. This role bridges sales, customers, and offshore delivery teams—driving solution design, demos, implementation, onboarding, and successful customer go live while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Presales & Solutioning

• Support all presales activities including requirement discovery, solution design, technical proposals, and responses to RFPs/RFQs
• Conduct product and solution demonstrations tailored to customer needs
• Act as the technical lead during sales discussions, articulating value propositions and solution capabilities clearly

Project Delivery & Go Live

• Lead customer projects from implementation through onboarding and go live
