Job Description

We are seeking a full‑time Solutions Consultant to join the Barcelona Services team, reporting to the Regional Services Manager. The role involves designing and executing implementations of Aucerna solutions for clients, and providing ongoing support for deployed solutions. The consultant will act as the technical face of the organization, establishing trust with clients and ensuring high quality work and client satisfaction.

Location: Barcelona. Domestic and international travel within EMEA is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate as a member of the Barcelona Services team, from understanding clients’ business requirements to implementation of Aucerna’s solutions, following the company’s project and program management methodology.
• Work in a team with the Project Manager to keep the project on schedule and budget by communicating progress, expectations, and escalating issues.
