TheSolutions Architect plays a critical role in the pre sales and post sales lifecycle, serving as a technical expert, trusted advisor, and bridge between customer needs and Lakeside’s technology.

Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead during the sales cycle, partnering with Account Executives, Channel Partners, and Customer Success to design and present SysTrack solutions aligned to customer objectives.
