Solutions Architect

We’re seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead the discovery and solutioning of a major onboarding platform optimization initiative. This role is central to transforming our MS365 and CRM ecosystem into a more unified, efficient process spanning onboarding, partner management, and core banking platforms.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience architecting enterprise-scale solutions across financial or fintech contexts, operating with minimal oversight while guiding both business and technical stakeholders toward a well-defined architectural vision.

Must-Haves

• 8+ years in solution architecture within medium-to-large enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or equivalent).
