About the role

The Technical Solutions Architect – Scrum Master will be accountable for both designing technical solutions and facilitating agile team processes.

• a) As a Solutions Architect, he/she is expected to define an optimal architecture plan of systems to meet business requirements while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
• b) As a Scrum Master, he/she is expected to guide the team through agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• c) This combined role demands strong leadership skills to bridge technical strategy with team execution. Ultimately, he/she should ensure that the delivered solutions are both technically sound and developed efficiently through agile practices.
