Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to own the end-to-end solution design and documentation for our Customer Experience Management (CXM), Trust & Safety (TnS), and/or Digital Experience (DX) portfolios. In this critical role, you will be the central point of coordination and accountability for solution integrity, driving successful outcomes across all sales motions, including new logos, growth, renewals, and change orders.
