Solutions Architect - Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/F&O)

We are looking for an experienced
Solution Architect
with strong expertise in
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level digital solutions. This role will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable system architecture across key modules such as CRM, Billing, Asset Management, Field Service, and Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation
• Translate business needs into scalable and secure system solutions
• Oversee integrations between D365 and third-party platforms (e.g. GIS, payment gateway, IoT, legacy systems)
• Provide technical leadership across implementation lifecycle including design, testing, deployment & support
• Manage vendors and implementation partners to ensure quality delivery
