We are seeking an experienced Java/AWS Solutions Architect to lead enterprise architecture initiatives supporting high-profile healthcare programs handling sensitive PHI/PPI data, including VIP government healthcare information (Claims, Enrollment, Benefits).
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive cloud migration initiatives (hands-on experience required; SME not required).
- Design secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise solutions aligned with business and IT strategy.
- Lead domain architecture modeling (current, target, interim states) and identify optimization opportunities.
- Architect robust security layers leveraging IBM EIAM for identity and access management.
