Solutions Architect I

Solutions Architect I is a technically focused with a strong understanding of IT solutions and knowledge of the performance and analytics industry. This role will work with the sales and technical team providing hands on project design, demonstrations and POCs. To include the pre-sales coverage required in the early, mid, and final stages of the sales process. This is a client facing role requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to work with senior executives in prospect accounts globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Capture and assess client requirements and perform gap/fit analysis against possible solutions.

  • Education of clients, potential clients, and colleagues in the scope, features and operation of our solutions. This includes creating and facilitating presentations and demonstrations.
