**Responsibilities**:
- Guiding an implementation for a CRM, CDP, and/or Marketing Automation system from beginning to end, leading the documentation and planning process, all the way through writing requirements for the implementation of the actual code.
- Recognize opportunities and solutions to key business challenges through technology, recommending additional tools and providing guidance on getting more value out of current tools, along with designing entire Martech stacks from scratch.
- Provide specifications and requirements for the internal technical team, working with the technical project manager and engineers to ensure a successful outcome.
