We are seeking a client-facing Solutions Architect to own customer implementations end-to-end. This role sits within Operations and focuses on solution delivery and technical implementation — not software engineering.
The Solutions Architect is responsible for designing, configuring, and managing implementations from discovery through go-live and post-launch support. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and be accountable for successful delivery outcomes.
