Solutions Architect

What you will be doing: Own end-to-end solution architecture for assigned domains (e.g., claims, policy, digital engagement, integration) Translate business requirements and target architecture principles into coherent solution designs spanning process, application, integration, and data layers Produce high-level design artefacts including process flows, application interactions, API contracts, data flows, and integration patterns Partner with business stakeholders to shape solution options and translate operating model changes into system implications Ensure domain solutions align with API standards, event architecture, and security patterns Define service boundaries, validate integration approaches (sync vs async), and drive reuse of shared services Design workflow at solution level, ensuring decision logic is externalised and straight-through processing is viable Participate in design reviews, review vendor and squad solution outputs, and identify risks early Collaborate with peer a...
