Solutions Architect

Role summary

As a Solutions Architect, you are the technical design authority across pre‑and post‑sales. You own the technical win, produce production‑ready reference architectures, lead deep dives and security reviews, and guide Forward Deployed Engineers through the build path from POC to launch. This is a customer facing forward‑deployed technical role: you prototype fast, validate with data, and make complex systems legible to executives and technical non‑technical buyers.

What you’ll do

• Own architecture & validation for complex opportunities: grounding strategies (search/RAG/connectors), action frameworks, data contracts, identity, observability, and SLAs.

• Design production‑like POCs: Guide POC definition for the most complex customers including defining success criteria, eval methodology, test plans, and quality metrics—run the daily tuning loop with PgM/SE partners.
