About the Role
We are seeking a Mechanical Vehicle Heavy Structures SME with strong experience in Off‑Highway equipment on (Off-Highway machines like Tractors, Excavators, Backhoe loaders, etc.) (Construction, Agriculture, Mining). The role involves leading core engineering of Heavy Structures across full vehicle platforms to ensure performance, durability, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end Structures Design: Frames, Under Carriage, Load Bodies, Booms, Arm and Attachments.
- Develop specifications from requirements and benchmarking data
- Ensure structural integrity, thermal performance, NVH compliance, and durability alignment.
