The RoleThe Solutions Architect supports revenue growth and retention within an assigned geographic region by ensuring a positive client experience throughout the entire sales cycle. The incumbent is responsible for making sure that clients are able to maximize utilization of our products from a content and technical standpoint.
The ImpactThe Solutions Architect organization has responsibility for pre‑ and post‑sales client service and is the primary contact of end users of Channels Data Delivery Solutions products (Xpressfeed, API, Cloud Services).
