Senior Solutions Analyst – BSS Modernization

Location: On-site

Reports To: Head of IT

Role Summary

The Senior Solutions Analyst for BSS Modernization translates business intent into implementation-ready requirements for end-to-end BSS value streams, including order capture, provisioning, billing, collections, customer care, and reporting.

The role reduces delivery churn and go-live risk by owning requirement completeness, traceability, and operational readiness across multiple modules, vendors, and integrations. This position serves as the primary requirements authority, ensuring that vendor-built solutions align with intended customer and operational journeys and that releases are testable, auditable, and supportable in production.
