Solutions Analyst
to join our team. Reporting to the Director, Information Technology, the Solutions Analyst possessed in-depth technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in designing and implementing scalable, robust solutions. The Solutions Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions that meet our business goals and client requirements. Responsibilities
Deploy new and existing software and applications. Interface with the Business Analysts, Solution Developer Analysts and Architects, as well as end users to plan, design and deliver new and existing applications. Interface with other departments as required assisting with IT projects (End-User Acceptance Testing, etc.) Utilize ITSM and update incidents, perform changes, etc. Produce system design artifacts and required technical documents following SDLC pr...
