Job Description
For our client, we are looking for an experienced Solution UX Lead who confidently leads and structures end-to-end UX workstreams for complex healthcare solutions in a regulated environment, effectively collaborates within interdisciplinary product, engineering, clinical, regulatory, and design teams, and brings strong expertise in UX leadership, agile delivery frameworks (including SAFe/Lean UX), and product development lifecycles, in order to ensure coherent, customer-centric, and high-quality user experiences across digital and hardware touchpoints while maintaining traceability, feasibility, and alignment with business and regulatory requirements throughout the development process.

Remote: 2-3 days
Travel: less than 10% (only once in a while to Germany for project team meetings)
