Solution Manager DWS

What success looks like in this role:

The DWS Solution Manager for Experience Management Services will drive the evolution of our existing experience management offerings to produce innovative, state-of-the-art offerings that will be a source of new revenue and increased margin for Unisys. Experience Management focuses on measuring and improving the experience of end users as they use IT tools, applications, and services to do their job. Experience Management makes use of Digital Experience Management (DEM or DEX) tools to monitor all of the above, provide data that is used to produce Experience Level Agreements (XLAs) that are used to track and improve end user experience and productivity. Success in this role is measured by Experience Management services being embedded in most, if not all of the other digital workplace services.
