Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support Genesys Cloud contact centre solutions
- Configure and maintain Genesys Cloud features (IVR, routing, workflows, integrations)
- Develop automation and system integrations using Python and APIs
- Work with JSON-based APIs for system communication and data exchange
- Support AI-related solutions such as chatbots, NLP, and automation tools
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical recommendations
- Prepare technical documentation and solution designs
Mandatory Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
Proven hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud platform (MUST)
Experience in contact centre solutions or CCaaS environments
Ability to configure and support Genesys workflows and integrations
