IP CORE SDN. BHD. is seeking a motivated and talented Solution Engineer to join our team in our office located in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing and supporting our client solutions.
What you'll be doing
Collaborating with project teams to gather requirements and design effective IT solutions for our clients
Configuring, testing and deploying hardware and software solutions
Providing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of our solutions
Documenting technical specifications, procedures and best practices
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our service delivery
Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments in the industry
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
