Solution Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare solution architecture documents, technical specifications, and system diagrams.
• Draft proposals, RFP responses, SOWs, product notes, and user guides.
• Gather requirements and convert business needs into detailed technical requirements.
• Work closely with engineering teams during implementation and delivery.
• Maintain product documentation, API guides, and release notes.
• Join client discussions and handle technical clarifications.

Preferred candidate profile

• 37 years in Solution Engineering, Technical Analyst, Technical Writing, or BA roles with technical exposure.
• B. Tech or MCA, or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Solid understanding of web technologies, APIs, databases, and cloud fundamentals.
