- Provide technical solutions and system proposals for factory and warehouse automation systems, including material handling equipment.
- Conduct requirement hearings with clients (manufacturing and logistics companies) to understand production processes, layouts, material flow, and operational challenges.
- Perform system planning and conceptual design for automation and material handling solutions.
- Develop system configurations, specifications, and proposal documents.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams (engineering, project management, manufacturing) and clients on technical matters.
- Provide technical support and follow-up during project execution.
- Other duties assigned
